This role is a key part of the guest experience, ensuring timely pick-ups and drop-offs while delivering the warm hospitality that defines the DoubleTree brand.

Pay:

$12.00/hour + tips

Status:

Part-Time Key Responsibilities Safely transport guests to and from designated locations (airport, local businesses, Notre Dame area, etc.) Provide outstanding customer service and a welcoming first/last impression of the hotel Assist guests with luggage and directions as needed Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of the shuttle vehicle Follow all traffic laws and company safety policies Communicate effectively with the Front Desk regarding shuttle schedules and guest needs Complete required logs and inspection checklists Qualifications Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Must meet company and insurance requirements to operate a company vehicle Previous driving or customer service experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (luggage assistance) Prolonged periods of sitting, standing, and driving Ability to work in various weather conditions Why Join Us?
