This is a overnight shift. Hours of shift will be 11pm-7am. Monday - Friday. In this vital role, you will be responsible for safely operating shuttle vehicles to transport passengers and goods efficiently across designated routes. Your positive attitude and excellent driving skills will ensure a smooth, comfortable experience for all riders while maintaining the highest safety standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be a key part of a dynamic team dedicated to providing reliable transportation services. Whether ferrying employees, clients, or equipment, your role is essential in keeping operations running seamlessly and on schedule. Responsibilities Safely operate shuttle vehicles along specified routes, ensuring passenger safety at all times Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking, providing excellent customer service and support Conduct routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance Follow all traffic laws, company policies, and safety procedures during every shift Maintain accurate logs of trips, mileage, and passenger counts for reporting purposes Communicate effectively with dispatch and team members regarding route updates or issues Handle light cargo or equipment deliveries as needed, including heavy lifting when required Skills Proven experience in shuttle driving, bus driving, or as a delivery driver with a strong safety record Familiarity with commercial driving regulations and licensing requirements (e.g., driver license) Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with passengers and team members Ability to perform heavy lifting and assist with loading/unloading cargo or equipment Knowledge of vehicle maintenance basics to identify potential issues early Experience in paratransit or school bus driving is a plus but not required Strong customer service orientation with a positive attitude and problem-solving skills Join us as a Shuttle Driver and become an integral part of delivering safe, reliable transportation services!
