PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) North is a dynamic and growing program dedicated to helping individuals 55 and older who need nursing-level care stay in their homes and communities. Since 2019, we've been providing compassionate care to seniors across a 7-county region, and we're expanding rapidly because our model is making a real difference in people's lives

Transport seniors safely to and from the day center, appointments, and outings Help participants on and off the vehicle with care and respect Keep vehicles clean, fueled, and ready to go Be a friendly, positive presence—often the first and last face they see each day Take part in fun outings (shopping trips, museums, even fishing!) ?? What We're Looking For Friendly, dependable, and enjoys working with people—especially seniors Positive attitude and a willingness to help wherever needed Valid Michigan Chauffeur's License with a clean driving record 6+ months experience with older adults or a willingness to learn
