Responsibilities Safely operate shuttle vehicles to transport guests between the hotel and local destinations, including airports, attractions, and nearby areas. Assist guests with luggage loading and unloading, providing courteous and attentive customer service throughout each trip. Maintain cleanliness and basic maintenance of shuttle vehicles to ensure safety and comfort. Follow all traffic laws, safety protocols, and company policies during every shift. Communicate clearly with team members and guests, providing directions or assistance as needed. Keep accurate records of trips, mileage, and vehicle inspections for compliance purposes. Report any vehicle issues or safety concerns promptly to management for swift resolution. Skills Proven experience in shuttle driving, delivery driving, bus driving, or similar roles such as limousine or paratransit services. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members. Ability to perform heavy lifting when assisting with luggage or supplies. Knowledge of local roads, traffic regulations, and safe driving practices. Experience with vehicle maintenance checks and basic troubleshooting. Customer service-oriented mindset with a friendly, professional demeanor. Valid driver's license appropriate for commercial or passenger vehicle operation (e.g., driver license).
