Duties Operate vehicles, or other commercial vehicles in compliance with state transportation regulations and company policies. Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking, providing exceptional customer service and support for individuals with mobility challenges. Conduct pre-trip inspections of the vehicle, checking for mechanical issues, cleanliness, and safety equipment functionality. Maintain accurate logs of trips, mileage, fuel consumption, and vehicle maintenance needs. Perform light maintenance tasks such as refueling, basic cleaning, and reporting any mechanical concerns to the maintenance team. Ensure adherence to all traffic laws and safety protocols during every trip while managing communication with dispatch or control centers effectively. Skills Valid MTM certification combined with a clean driving record demonstrating expertise in shuttle driving and commercial vehicle operation. Proven experience as a delivery driver or bus driver, with a strong understanding of manual handling and heavy lifting techniques. Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with passengers and team members. Knowledge of state transportation regulations and safety standards applicable to passenger transport services. Ability to handle multiple responsibilities including vehicle maintenance checks, customer service, and route management efficiently.
