Job Description

Transport Driver will be: Transport patients to doctor's appointments Keep the facility transportation log updated. Complete maintenance log for any necessary van repairs/inspections. Flexible hours
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a long-term care, hospital or other institutional setting (preferred, not required) Desire to work with the elderly and provide exceptional customer service. Must be a self-starter and able to work independently and efficiently CNA preferred but not required. Chauffeur's license required to drive 14-passenger van.
