Opportunity:
Har-E-Up Courier, partnered with one of North America's largest transportation brokers, is actively seeking dependable Independent Contractor Drivers with high-top cargo vans or sprinter vans to deliver items across the Kansas City Metro market. This is a 1099 contract position offering flexibility, competitive rates, and no earnings cap. If you're a motivated entrepreneur with a reliable delivery vehicle, this is your opportunity to grow your business with steady routes and weekly settlements.Position Details Route Days:
Monday through Friday, 6:30 am startDaily Stops:
80+ deliveries per dayPay Structure:

Vehicle Requirement:
Cargo Van or Sprinter Van (no exceptions)What You'll Do:
Transport packages and goods to commercial and residential destinations Follow assigned delivery routes with accuracy and timeliness Maintain clear communication and professional interactions with clients Keep accurate logs of deliveries, mileage, and vehicle maintenance Manage your own vehicle upkeep, fuel, insurance, and delivery toolsWhat You'll Need:
High-top cargo van or sprinter van (owned or leased)- required Active LLC or INC business registration (Articles of Organization) Valid driver's license and clean driving record Smartphone with GPS and scanning capabilities Ability to lift up to 50 lbs A dolly is recommended Nitrile, neoprene or rubber gloves are highly recommended Closed toed shoes Must be at least 21 years old Must be fluent in English Background check ($60 fee) and MVR check required Prior courier/delivery experience is a plus
