In this energetic role, you will operate shuttle vehicles to transport travelers between airport terminals, parking areas, and other designated locations. Your dedication to safety, excellent customer service, and efficient driving will help create a positive journey for every passenger. Duties Safely operate shuttle vehicles, including motor coaches and paratransit buses, to transport passengers efficiently across airport facilities and nearby locations Assist passengers with luggage handling and provide friendly, professional customer service throughout each trip Conduct pre-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure mechanical safety and proper maintenance standards are met Communicate clearly with passengers using effective communication skills, providing directions or information as needed Follow all traffic laws and company policies to ensure safe transportation at all times Maintain accurate logs of trips, mileage, and vehicle condition reports Support vehicle maintenance by reporting any mechanical issues promptly and assisting with routine checks Qualifications Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with appropriate endorsements for bus or shuttle driving; experience in motor coach or school bus driving is highly desirable Proven experience in driving passenger vehicles such as limousines, delivery trucks, or shuttle buses Strong mechanical knowledge to perform basic vehicle inspections and troubleshoot minor issues Excellent communication skills in English to interact effectively with passengers and team members Prior experience in paratransit services or as a transportation driver enhances your suitability for this role Knowledge of safety protocols related to bus driving and vehicle maintenance Ability to handle physically demanding tasks such as assisting passengers with luggage and performing routine vehicle checks Embark on a rewarding career where your driving expertise meets exceptional customer service!
