Job Description

Leith Lincoln has an outstanding opportunity for a Shuttle Driver to join their team and the Holman Family!
Job Duties:
Provide transportation services for customers, helping them travel to and from the dealership when their vehicle is being serviced. Safely transport customers to and from the dealership and other designated locations. Provide courteous and professional service to customers during transport. Ensure the shuttle vehicle is clean and well-maintained. Perform regular vehicle inspections, including checking oil, water, and tire pressure. Report any maintenance issues to the appropriate personnel. Coordinate with the service department to schedule shuttle rides for customers. Maintain schedule to ensure timely pickups and drop-offs. Communicate effectively with customers about pickup times and other transport details. Follow all traffic laws and dealership policies while driving. Adhere to safety protocols for the protection of passengers. Ensure passengers follow safety regulations (e.g., seat belts). Address any customer concerns or complaints with professionalism. Help customers with luggage or other items as needed. Keep accurate records of transport details, including trip logs, mileage, and fuel usage. Keep in touch with the service department and other dealership staff regarding customer schedules and transport needs. Report any incidents, accidents, or issues to the appropriate personnel promptly. Assist the dealership with other duties as needed, such as running errands, keeping pick-up area clean and clear of debris, or helping with tasks in the service department. Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned Mon-Fri, 8 AM - 4PM Education and/orTraining:
High School Diploma or equivalent Valid driver's licenseRelevant Work Experience:
