Job Description
Make a Difference Every Day
Join our team as a Transportation Aide and help residents get safely to appointments while providing excellent customer service and compassionate support.
Schedule Full-time (40 hours/week)
Monday-Friday
Primarily Monday-Friday schedule with no regular weekend hours; however, occasional weekend transportation may be required based on resident needs.
Every other holiday rotation Qualifications Must be at least 21 years old
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Current CPR certification required
CNA certification preferred, but not required
Reliable, compassionate, and resident-focused
Strong communication and customer service skills Responsibilities Transport residents to appointments and outings
Assist residents safely in and out of vehicles
Ensure resident safety, comfort, and dignity during transport
Complete transportation documentation as needed
Travel primarily to Fairbury, Hebron, Beatrice, and Lincoln, with occasional trips to Omaha Benefits Health insurance as low as $120/month
