This role primarily supports weekend operations, including transportation to and from local wedding venues, as well as providing on-call shuttle services as needed. The ideal candidate is friendly, safety-conscious, and committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences. Responsibilities Safely transport hotel guests to and from designated locations, including local attractions, airports, and wedding venues Provide timely and efficient shuttle service, adhering to scheduled pick-ups and drop-offs Offer courteous, professional, and engaging service to all guests Assist guests with loading and unloading luggage or personal items as needed Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of the shuttle vehicle (interior and exterior) Conduct routine vehicle inspections and promptly report any maintenance or safety concerns Communicate effectively with hotel staff regarding guest needs, schedules, and transportation requests Remain flexible and available for on-call shifts as business demands require Qualifications Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Previous driving or customer service experience preferred Strong knowledge of the local area and surrounding venues (especially wedding/event locations) is a plus Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Must be available to work weekends and occasional on-call shifts

Physical Requirements:

Ability to sit for extended periods while driving Ability to lift and carry luggage up to 50 lbs Comfortable working in various weather conditions

Work Schedule:

Part-time; primarily weekends (Friday-Sunday) On-call availability required based on hotel needs and event schedules
