In this role, you will be responsible for safely operating a van to transport older adults. Your enthusiasm for excellent customer service, combined with your driving expertise, will ensure a positive experience for all riders. Responsibilities Safely operate vehicle to transport passengers. Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking, ensuring comfort and safety at all times Conduct pre-trip inspections of the vehicle, checking for maintenance issues, fluid levels, tire pressure, and safety equipment functionality Maintain accurate records of trips, mileage, fuel consumption, and vehicle condition reports Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate routes and address any operational issues Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies to ensure safe transportation practices Provide excellent customer service by addressing passenger inquiries professionally and courteously Requirements Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; Proven experience in a similar role is valued Strong communication skills to interact confidently with passengers and team members Ability to perform light maintenance checks and basic vehicle troubleshooting Physical ability to handle heavy lifting when necessary for cargo or luggage handling Knowledge of traffic laws, safety procedures, and defensive driving techniques Customer service-oriented attitude with a positive approach to passenger interactions Flexibility to work various shifts, though mostly morning availablity Please no phone calls. .
