Position Overview JusticeWorks YouthCare is seeking a Family Transportation Aide to provide safe, reliable transportation for the children and families we serve. This role works closely with caregivers, families, and community partners to ensure access to essential services such as medical appointments, social services, and school. If you are passionate about Child Welfare, Juvenile Justice, or Social Work, this role offers a meaningful way to make an impact. What you will do Safely transport children and families to appointments and services Assist clients in securing children in approved safety restraints as needed Help families transport personal belongings when necessary Maintain a clean, organized vehicle Provide courteous, respectful, and compassionate service Use a personal vehicle or a JusticeWorks company vehicle when available, depending on office assignment Qualifications High school diploma required Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and access to a vehicle Ability to pass all required clearances Ability to pass pre-employment and post-offer drug screening Availability to work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends required.
