but 65k if you do have a cdl, pass a drug test and background check. We are seeking energetic and dependable 26ft box truck drivers and helpers to join our dynamic delivery team on a 1099 independent contractor basis. Responsibilities Safely operate a 26ft box truck to complete scheduled deliveries along designated routes Load and unload cargo using manual lifting techniques, pallet jacks, or forklifts as needed Assist with moving items within warehouses or delivery sites, ensuring proper handling and safety protocols Provide exceptional customer service by communicating professionally with clients during deliveries Verify delivery details, obtain signatures, and complete necessary documentation accurately Maintain cleanliness and safety of the truck and work area throughout the day Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies during route driving Qualifications Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience with commercial driving preferred Proven delivery driver experience, especially with box trucks or similar vehicles Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks consistently throughout the shift Familiarity with warehouse equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks is a plus Strong customer service skills with a professional attitude Experience with route driving, load & unload procedures, and manual transmission vehicles preferred Ability to work independently, stay organized, and follow safety guidelines diligently Join us to be part of a motivated team that values hard work, reliability, and excellent service.
