Shuttle Driver (Fri & Sat) Tru by Hilton - 3.0 Coppell, TX Job Details Part-time | Full-time 1 day ago Qualifications Customer communication Groundskeeping Driver's License Passenger pickup and drop-off Venue guest services Full Job Description Job Summary We are seeking a reliable, friendly, and professional Shuttle Driver to join our hotel team. This position is responsible for providing safe and timely transportation for hotel guests to and from DFW Airport, as well as transporting corporate group guests to nearby offices when needed. In addition to driving responsibilities, this role supports the hotel team with light operational tasks during downtime to ensure an excellent guest experience. This is a Friday and Saturday afternoon opening from 4pm-11pm and on-call if needed for coverage, position. Guest Transportation Safely transport hotel guests to and from DFW Airport according to the hotel shuttle schedule. Provide transportation for corporate or group guests to nearby offices or designated locations. Assist guests with luggage and provide a welcoming, professional first impression of the hotel. Maintain excellent customer service and positive guest interactions at all times. Shuttle Maintenance & Daily Checklist Complete the daily driver checklist. Keep the shuttle clean inside and outside. Ensure the shuttle is fueled and ready for scheduled trips. Arrange or perform regular exterior washes of the shuttle. Monitor basic maintenance needs such as oil changes and report service requirements. Property & Guest Service Support (During Downtime) Walk the property to ensure cleanliness and safety. Greet guests in the lobby and assist with basic guest needs. Restock the hotel gift shop as needed. Assist with removing trash or light housekeeping tasks around the property. Support front desk or management with other reasonable duties as needed.
