Southwest Nursing Center Job Summary:
We are seeking a dependable and safety-conscious Van Driver to join our team at Southwest Nursing Center in Fort Worth, Texas. As a Van Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting patients and staff members to and from appointments, treatments, and activities. Responsibilities:
Safely transport patients and staff members to and from appointments, treatments, and activities Maintain accurate records of transportation routes, schedules, and patient information Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the van, including regular washing and sanitizing Provide exceptional customer service to patients and family members Collaborate with nursing staff to ensure smooth transitions and efficient transportation Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations, as well as company policies and procedures
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a clean driving record Ability to operate a van safely and efficiently Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to lift, push, and pull objects weighing up to 50 pounds Ability to work varying shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends
