Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and professional Chauffeur to provide exceptional transportation services for our clients. In this role, you will be responsible for safely operating passenger vehicles, including limousines, shuttles, and personal vehicles, ensuring a smooth and comfortable experience for all passengers. Your expertise in navigation, adherence to traffic regulations, and outstanding customer service will contribute to delivering a premium transportation experience. Duties Safely operate various passenger vehicles such as limousines, shuttle buses, and personal cars on local routes and scheduled pickups. Follow GPS navigation systems precisely to ensure timely arrivals and efficient routes. Assist passengers with boarding and alighting, providing courteous and professional customer service at all times. Maintain vehicle cleanliness, perform routine inspections, and report any maintenance issues promptly. Adhere strictly to traffic laws, state transportation regulations, and company policies during all driving activities. Handle heavy lifting when necessary for luggage or equipment, ensuring safety protocols are followed. Communicate effectively with clients regarding schedules, routes, and any delays or changes in service. Qualifications Proven experience as a delivery driver, bus driver, or chauffeur with a strong understanding of passenger vehicle operation. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; specific experience with limousine or shuttle driving is preferred. Familiarity with GPS navigation tools and local driving routes. Experience in medical transportation or paratransit services is advantageous. Knowledge of state transportation regulations and adherence to traffic laws is essential. Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members. Ability to perform manual handling tasks and heavy lifting safely when required. Strong customer service orientation with a focus on safety, punctuality, and professionalism.
