Shuttle Driver

The Shuttle Driver ensures hotel guests have a safe, smooth, and enjoyable arrival, departure, and transportation experience. This role directly impacts guest satisfaction, operational efficiency, and the overall impression of the hotel. HOW YOU?LL

SHAPE THE EXPERIENCE & FUTURE

Drive guests to and from the hotel, airport, shopping centers, and other destinations, assisting with luggage. Attend and participate in monthly front desk meetings to stay aligned with hotel operations. Inspect and maintain the courtesy van, ensuring cleanliness, fuel, and readiness. Explain van features such as radio, television, and communication systems to guests. Provide guests with information about hotel services, facilities, points of interest, and local attractions. Notify guests in lobby, dining rooms, or other areas; deliver messages and run errands. Maintain lobby and front porte-cochere areas, including trash removal, snow/ice management, and cleaning of sidewalks and floors. Other duties as assigned.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Minimum of 2 years driving experience with a valid motor vehicle license and minimal violations. Experience in hospitality, transportation, or guest-facing roles preferred.

ACADEMIC BACKGROUND
