REQUIREMENTS
(Non‑Negotiable)Vehicle & Location Requirements Must own a reliable vehicle Must live within 15 minutes of IAH Airport or no more than 6 miles away Professional & Operational Requirements Must keep the assigned vehicle clean at all times , and ensure it is fully cleaned after each shift Must fuel the vehicle before returning it to the yard Must be flexible with availability , including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and peak travel periods Must be willing to work whether it is busy or slow , even if the shift includes only one pickup Must be presentable , maintain a professional appearance, and wear the required uniform Responsibilities Safely operate luxury vehicles while adhering to all traffic laws and company policies Provide courteous, personalized service to passengers, anticipating needs and ensuring a positive experience Maintain vehicle cleanliness, readiness, and basic mechanical condition through routine inspections Plan routes efficiently to guarantee timely pickups and drop‑offs Assist passengers with luggage, boarding, and disembarking Maintain accurate logs of trips, mileage, fuel usage, and vehicle condition Follow all safety protocols, including defensive driving and emergency procedures Experience & Qualifications Proven commercial driving experience with a valid driver's license suitable for operating luxury or commercial vehicles Prior experience in hospitality, customer service, shuttle driving, delivery driving, or bus driving is highly valued Familiarity with local routes, traffic patterns, and navigation tools Basic mechanical knowledge and ability to perform simple vehicle checks Experience in limousine or chauffeur services preferred, but strong driving experience in box trucks, school buses, or similar vehicles is also beneficial Valid driver's license required; additional certifications (shuttle, school bus, etc.) are advantageous Why Join TransGates Limousine?
