Shuttle Driver

Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Shuttle Driver to provide safe and efficient transportation services for our residents. The ideal candidate will possess excellent driving skills, a strong commitment to customer service, and the ability to maintain a clean and well-functioning vehicle. This role requires the driver to communicate effectively with passengers and ensure their comfort during transit. Responsibilities Safely operate shuttle vehicles while adhering to all traffic laws and regulations. Provide exceptional customer service by assisting passengers with boarding and disembarking, as well as handling any inquiries or concerns. Maintain the cleanliness and functionality of the shuttle vehicle, performing routine inspections and necessary maintenance checks. Assist passengers with heavy lifting of personal belongings as needed. Communicate effectively with managers and other team members regarding schedules, routes, and any issues that may arise during transit. Ensure timely arrivals and departures according to established schedules. Requirements Valid driving license with a clean driving record. Experience in bus driving, shuttle driving, or similar roles is highly desirable. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with passengers. Ability to perform heavy lifting when assisting passengers with their belongings. Knowledge of local routes and traffic patterns is a plus. Must be able to pass background checks and drug screenings as required by company policy. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends or holidays if necessary.
