Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and reliable Shuttle Driver/Maintenance Technician to join our team! This energetic role combines the responsibilities of safely operating shuttle vehicles to transport passengers and goods, with performing essential maintenance tasks to ensure fleet safety and optimal operation. Duties Safely operate shuttle vehicles, including buses, limousines, and paratransit vans, to transport passengers or deliver goods across designated routes Provide exceptional customer service by assisting passengers with boarding, luggage handling, and answering questions professionally Conduct routine vehicle inspections before and after shifts to identify maintenance needs or safety concerns Perform basic maintenance tasks such as fluid checks, tire inflation, light replacements, and cleaning of vehicles Assist with heavy lifting when loading or unloading cargo or equipment Maintain accurate logs of trips, mileage, fuel consumption, and maintenance activities Communicate effectively with dispatchers and team members to coordinate schedules and report issues promptly Qualifications Proven experience in shuttle driving, delivery driving, bus driving, or similar roles such as limousine or school bus driving Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; commercial driver's license (CDL) preferred but not required Strong communication skills to interact confidently with passengers and team members Ability to perform light maintenance tasks and identify vehicle issues quickly Experience with heavy lifting and physical tasks associated with loading/unloading cargo Knowledge of safety procedures related to commercial driving and vehicle maintenance Excellent punctuality, reliability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving Join us in delivering safe journeys and maintaining our fleet's excellence! Pay:
$19.00 - $20.00 per hour
