Position Overview:

We are seeking dedicated full-time/ part-time drivers for both wheelchair and regular taxi services. The ideal candidates should be professional, reliable, and personable, committed to delivering superior customer service. 40-hour work week for full time. Understanding it is based on operational needs (this means there will be days rides hold you past your time), and some weeks may not hit a full 40.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive company vehicles to various locations throughout the state, providing both non-emergency medical transport and regular taxi services. Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing needs with empathy, patience, and helpfulness. Operate vehicles safely under various weather conditions.

For NEMT positions:

Assist passengers with special needs, including wheelchair-bound individuals, ensuring safety and comfort. Maintain reliable attendance and consistent job performance.

Requirements:

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for at least the last 5 years. Complete Wheelchair training provided by Fox Valley Cab for Wheelchair positions. Ability to lift and assist passengers as needed for wheelchair positions. MUST be able to assist passengers with luggage, groceries and so forth Must be able to transport passengers with illness

Schedule:

8-hour and 10-hour shifts Day, evening, and night shifts Home daily Monday to Friday and Weekends available

Supplemental Pay:

Bonus opportunities ($500 Hiring Bonus - Referral Bonuses)

Tips License/Certification:

Driver's License for the last 5 years (Required)

Work Location:
