Part-Time Job Summary We are seeking a dependable, friendly, and motivated Part-Time Porter to join our Ford dealership team. This position plays an important role in creating a positive customer experience while supporting daily dealership operations. The ideal candidate will enjoy working with people, be comfortable driving a variety of vehicles, and possess a strong work ethic. This role primarily requires afternoon availability , with full-day availability on Wednesdays . Responsibilities Duties include, but are not limited to: Pick up and deliver customer and dealership vehicles Shuttle customers to and from their homes, workplaces, or other destinations Greet customers promptly and professionally upon arrival Assist customers with directions to service and sales departments Maintain vehicle inventory organization on dealership property Ensure vehicles are clean, fueled, and ready for customer delivery Assist with moving vehicles between dealership locations as needed Support service and sales departments with various operational tasks Maintain a clean and organized dealership lot Follow all safety and traffic regulations when operating vehicles Qualifications Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to drive automatic and manual transmission vehicles preferred, but not required Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude Excellent communication skills Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to work independently and as part of a team Must be able to stand, walk, and work outdoors in varying weather conditions Schedule Part-time position Afternoon hours Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday Full-day availability required on Wednesdays Occasional additional hours may be available based on dealership needs Benefits Competitive hourly pay Flexible part-time schedule Positive team-oriented work environment Opportunity to work around new Ford vehicles and the automotive industry If you are dependable, enjoy working with customers, and are looking for a flexible part-time opportunity, we encourage you to apply today.
