$14-$16/hour based on experience Help create a smooth and welcoming arrival experience in the heart of Madison. Located just steps from the Capitol and minutes from UW-Madison, Hilton Madison Monona Terrace is a vibrant hub for art, culture, and community. We are looking for a friendly and dependable Van/Shuttle Driver to warmly welcome guests and ensure seamless transportation to and from the airport and around the city. What You'll Do Greet guests with a sincere, friendly welcome upon arrival and departure Safely drive guests to and from the airport and other local destinations in company vehicles Load, unload, and assist with guest luggage and amenities Maintain a professional image and positive attitude at all times Monitor company vehicle maintenance needs and report issues promptly Deliver gifts or amenities to guest rooms as requested Assist the Front Office team with additional tasks as needed What You Bring A valid driver's license and a clean driving record (required) Ability to lift and carry up to 45 lbs. and handle luggage and packages safely Ability to stand, walk, bend, and navigate the property throughout your shift Clear communication skills in English—both verbal and written A helpful, courteous, and guest-focused attitude Previous experience in hospitality or guest service is a plus What We Offer We know people thrive when they feel supported—personally and professionally.
