Job Summary The

TRARAFFIC CONTROL POSITION

is a critical role responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient movement of traffic in various operational environments. This position requires a strong understanding of joint and military operations, as well as the ability to apply intelligence targeting and GIS technologies to support mission objectives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate leadership skills and possess experience in special operations, contributing to the overall success of our operations. Responsibilities Oversee and manage traffic control measures during military and joint operations to ensure safety and compliance with regulations. Collaborate with various teams to implement effective traffic management strategies that align with operational goals. Utilize intelligence targeting techniques to assess traffic patterns and optimize movement within designated areas. Employ GIS technology to analyze geographic data relevant to traffic control operations. Provide leadership and guidance to team members, fostering a collaborative environment focused on achieving mission success. Conduct regular assessments of traffic control effectiveness and recommend improvements as necessary. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of military operations and relevant regulations that impact traffic management. Experience Proven experience in joint operations or military operations is highly desirable. Familiarity with intelligence targeting processes and methodologies. Background in GIS applications related to traffic management or military operations. Experience in special operations is a plus, demonstrating the ability to adapt to dynamic environments. Strong leadership capabilities, with a track record of guiding teams effectively under pressure.
