Our model is built around phased, trauma-informed treatment that combines individual therapy, EMDR-informed trauma work, somatic and nervous system regulation, experiential healing, skills-based support, and careful integration. The goal is to provide clients with a safe, contained outpatient setting where meaningful therapeutic progress can happen with greater continuity and momentum. We are seeking dedicated trauma therapists who want to be part of a clinically serious, mission-driven treatment center focused on deep, ethical, and effective trauma healing. Position Overview Woodridge Trauma Institute is hiring therapists for a fee-for-service outpatient role, with the potential to grow into a salaried position as the center expands. Preference will be given to clinicians trained in EMDR or other trauma-focused modalities. However, we are also open to strong clinicians who are highly motivated to develop advanced competency in trauma treatment. Ongoing training, clinical development, and consultation will be provided. This role is ideal for therapists who want to grow within a specialized trauma treatment environment and be part of building an innovative outpatient program from the ground up. Responsibilities The therapist will provide trauma-focused individual therapy within our outpatient 10-day intensive model.
Responsibilities may include:
