Trauma Therapist (PLPC, LMSW, LPC, LCSW) Hope Ranch of Missouri Hope Ranch of Missouri is seeking a passionate and skilled Trauma Therapist who is ready to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children, adolescents, adults, and families navigating trauma-related challenges. This role focuses on working with teens and adolescents—alongside their families—who are residents and/or students at Hope Ranch. What You'll Do Provide evidence-based, trauma-focused therapy to individuals, families, and groups Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Deliver care using modalities such as

TF-CBT, EMDR, CBT, DBT

, and other trauma-informed approaches Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic, wraparound care Participate in case consultations, team meetings, and clinical supervision Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with trauma-informed best practices Who You Are Passionate about serving under-resourced and historically marginalized communities Skilled in trauma-informed, client-centered care Able to build strong, trusting relationships with diverse populations Organized, ethical, and confident in clinical documentation Committed to equity, compassion, and continuous growth Open to flexible scheduling Licensure Requirements You must currently hold one of the following: Provisionally Licensed Professional Counselor ( PLPC ) Licensed Master Social Worker ( LMSW ) Licensed Professional Counselor ( LPC ) Licensed Clinical Social Worker ( LCSW ) Provisionally licensed clinicians are encouraged to apply. $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
