Desired Qualifications:
Active BCBA certification (LBS candidates may also be considered) Previous experience working with students exhibiting physical aggression, elopement, or self-injurious behaviors Strong ability to supervise, train, and develop paraprofessional staff Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership abilities
Role Responsibilities:
Oversee and guide RBTs in daily programming Conduct FBAs and develop individualized behavior intervention plans Create engaging visuals and materials for staff training sessions Support a 14-student campus with a focus on safety and positive outcomes Commit to a consistent M-F, 8:00-3:00 schedule (at least 4 days/week) Attend orientation in July for a smooth transition
