Qualifications:

Active BCBA, licensed through the BACB At least one year of experience in a school setting Background in school-based ABA, preferably with high school and ED student populations Training in crisis intervention and de-escalation Excellent communication and collaboration abilities Access to reliable transportation

Responsibilities:

Work with district teams to conduct FBAs, classroom observations, and develop/implement interventions Create and monitor Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) Partner closely with school staff to support student behavior and progress Provide insights and leadership across multiple nearby high school sites
