Qualifications:
Current BCBA credentials Experience in school-based settings preferred Strong knowledge of behavioral assessment tools (FBAs, BIPs) Ability to supervise and coach Special Education teachers Excellent communication and observation skills
Responsibilities:
Work part-time (14 hours/week, 2 days per week) from August 3, 2026, to May 26, 2027 Provide supplemental behavioral duties as needed Oversee and supervise Special Education teachers earning emergency certifications to conduct FBAs Conduct observations, Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs), and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) as time allows Serve as an on-site behavioral resource for staff and students
