Schedule:
Travel assignment May involve on-call shifts and floating to departments as needed
Desired Qualifications and Experience:
Active RN license, eligible to practice in Colorado Minimum of 1-2 years recent cath lab nursing experience Advanced cardiac life support (ACLS) and basic life support (BLS) certifications Strong assessment, planning, and critical thinking skills Ability to perform independent and delegated nursing functions per state board standards Effective communication and teaching abilities
Primary Responsibilities:
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in the cath lab Independently execute delegated medical functions Provide health teaching, counseling, and supportive/reparative therapy Collaborate with medical teams on treatment, referrals, and patient progress Document care per hospital and regulatory standards Float between departments within scope of practice as needed
