Variable hours based on facility needs Potential for on-call shifts and floating to other departments as neededKey Qualifications:
Current RN license in good standing, eligible for practice in Colorado Minimum of one year recent Cath Lab nursing experience preferred Advanced cardiac life support (ACLS) certification Demonstrated competency in assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care Commitment to patient education, including health teaching and counseling Excellent documentation and communication skillsEssential Responsibilities:
Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individualized plans of care Deliver supportive and restorative therapies, either directly or by collaborating with or directing others Administer treatments, monitor progress, and modify care plans as needed Maintain thorough, accurate documentation in accordance with hospital and regulatory standards Float to other departments when required (within competence) Participate in patient referrals and consultations Uphold high standards of patient safety, privacy, and ethical carePerks and Benefits:
