Job Description

Category Nursing - RN - Cath Lab Job Type Travel Experience the adventure of Cloudcroft, NM, a scenic mountain gem offering cool pine forests, charming local shops, and breathtaking hiking trails. As a travel nurse in this welcoming community, you'll balance high-impact clinical responsibilities with the opportunity to unwind in an inspiring outdoor paradise. Working in Cloudcroft provides valuable exposure to a close-knit healthcare environment, where you'll collaborate with experienced professionals and adapt to unique regional practices—broadening your skillset and developing new perspectives in patient care leadership.
Schedule:
4 days per week 10-hour shifts
Role Overview:
Bring your expertise as a Registered Nurse to the Cath Lab, caring for patients and their families with independence and strong clinical judgment. You'll conduct comprehensive assessments, develop and implement care plans, and communicate effectively with both patients and healthcare teams. You'll also take part in quality initiatives, uphold compliance standards, and practice compassionate advocacy—making a true difference in a supportive atmosphere.
Key Qualifications:
RN License in the state of NM required BLS (AHA only) and ACLS (AHA only) certifications required Verbal CPI certification required Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred Minimum 1 year of relevant nursing experience preferred Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work collaboratively and respectfully with patients from diverse backgrounds Basic computer proficiency Additional language skills are a plus
Key Responsibilities:
Perform and document all aspects of nursing care using the nursing process Work collaboratively with clinical staff and leadership Manage medication administration and uphold patient safety standards Respect patient confidences and values, including cultural and religious beliefs Support departmental mission through quality initiatives and legal compliance Provide clear communication and professionalism at all times
