Travel assignment; scheduling details provided during interview
Key Responsibilities:
Safely operate fluoroscopic and radiographic equipment in a dynamic Cardiac Cath Lab environment Serve as computer operator, scrub assistant, second circulator, and recovery technician for adult and geriatric catheterization procedures Continuously monitor and document hemodynamic data; analyze and interpret waveforms accurately Assist with equipment set-up, sterile technique, and first-line support to physicians during procedures Recognize relevant drugs/lab values and ensure accurate communication of information Support the care team in emergency situations, including medication administration and transfer coordination Uphold strict safety and radiation protection standards following established guidelines Maintain effective communication to alert the healthcare team of subtle changes in patient status Dispose of biohazardous materials properly and participate in ongoing quality assurance
Qualifications:
ARRT or RCIS credentialed, with current state licensure as applicable Prior experience in a Cath Lab or interventional radiology preferred Proficiency in the operation of imaging equipment and sterile technique Strong teamwork, critical thinking, and communication skills
