Category Imaging - Cath Lab Tech Job Type Travel Manchester, NH offers a vibrant blend of charming city life and stunning New England scenery—making it an ideal destination for healthcare professionals seeking both adventure and career enhancement. As a Cath Lab Tech traveling here, you'll have the unique opportunity to work in an advanced cardiac care environment, interact with seasoned specialists, and learn new skills using the latest technologies. During your downtime, explore Manchester's thriving arts district, historic downtown, and proximity to scenic mountain trails and lakes.
Schedule:
7:00AM - 5:30PM with on-call responsibilities Self-scheduling for call one day per week and one weekend per month
Role Overview:
Practice as a Cath Lab Tech alongside a collaborative team within three modern labs featuring cutting-edge equipment, including OCT, IVUS, Shockwave, Impella, IABP, and more. This role emphasizes professional development, exposure to a high-acuity cardiac patient population, and the chance to build lasting connections while supporting a facility that prioritizes best practices.
Key Qualifications:
Critical care experience Advanced competency with Impella and IABP Ability to titrate drips independently Active ACLS certification Active RN license (if applicable) Adaptable, efficient, and able to maintain a positive, team-oriented attitude
Core Responsibilities:
Assist with advanced cardiac procedures such as left/right heart catheterizations, TAVR, TMVR, atherectomy, stent placements, and mechanical thrombectomy Operate a range of imaging equipment and document findings in Sunrise/Allscripts EMR Adhere to stringent patient safety protocols Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and support staff across multiple units as needed Participate in on-call rotations as part of a self-scheduling team
