Schedule/Hours:

12-hour night shifts Assignment begins June 15th

Required Skills & Qualifications:

RN with at least 2 years of recent Cardiothoracic ICU experience Demonstrated proficiency with fresh post-cardiac surgery patients ACLS, BLS, and NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certifications required

EPIC EMR

experience mandatory Prior travel nursing experience within a CTICU or similar setting

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver comprehensive care for post-cardiac surgery and complex cardiac patients (CV surgery, cardiogenic shock, aortic aneurysm, and more) Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes Provide skilled monitoring, intervention, and support within a 6-bed CTICU Participate in evidence-based practices and adapt to facility-specific protocols and leadership styles
