Your expertise in truck driving, route management, and vehicle operation will keep our supply chain moving smoothly. Responsibilities Operate a variety of trucks including tractor-trailers, flatbeds, refrigerated trailers, tankers, dump trucks, roll-off trucks, and other commercial vehicles with skill and safety. Load and unload freight efficiently using appropriate equipment such as forklifts when necessary. Drive assigned routes confidently, adhering to schedules and traffic regulations to ensure on-time deliveries. Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections to maintain vehicle safety and compliance with DOT standards. Manage different types of cargo including freight requiring manual handling or specialized equipment like flatbeds or tanker configurations. Maintain accurate delivery documentation, logs, and reports for each trip completed. Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers to coordinate pickups, deliveries, and resolve any issues promptly. Requirements Proven experience in truck driving with a focus on delivery routes; previous delivery driver experience is highly valued. Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with endorsements suitable for operating tractor-trailers, tankers, flatbeds, or refrigerated trailers. Skilled in manual transmission driving; comfortable handling various truck types including dump trucks and roll-off trucks. Ability to load & unload freight efficiently while following safety protocols. Knowledge of route planning and navigation tools to optimize delivery schedules. Familiarity with forklift operation is a plus for managing freight loading tasks. Strong commitment to safety standards and vehicle maintenance routines. Pay:

$23.60 - $28.42 per hour
