Required Qualifications:

Current CVOR Tech certification or equivalent Previous experience in a surgical or cardiovascular operating room setting Ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations Understanding of aseptic technique and proper handling of surgical instruments Up-to-date BLS (Basic Life Support) certification Strong communication and teamwork skills

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare the cardiovascular operating room for surgical procedures Assist surgeons and nursing staff throughout operations Ensure proper sterilization and handling of all instruments and equipment Monitor and maintain surgical inventory and supplies Take an active role in adhering to hospital safety and infection control protocols Document and relay critical information as needed
