Category Imaging - Cath Lab Job Type Travel Discover the vibrant city of Kenner, LA, a gateway to the rich culture and culinary delights of southern Louisiana. Working here as a travel Imaging professional in a Cath Lab role gives you the chance to experience the unique blend of historic traditions and modern amenities during your downtime—sample classic Cajun cuisine, explore nearby bayous, or take in lively festivals and music scenes. Professionally, you'll be immersed in a Level 1 Trauma facility using the EPIC electronic health record. This means exposure to high-acuity cases, state-of-the-art equipment, and varied leadership and collaboration styles. Expanding your resume in this dynamic setting will challenge and develop your clinical, technical, and critical thinking abilities, positioning you for future career advancement.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of recent Cath Lab Imaging experience Epic system proficiency required Level 1 Trauma experience strongly preferred Current ACLS, ARRT-R, BLS, and LSRT certifications (Temporary LSRT accepted with prompt issuance and proof of ARRT) Flexible to call rotation on weekends and holidays
Responsibilities:
Perform advanced imaging procedures in the Cath Lab, supporting diagnostic and interventional cases Accurately document procedures and collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and ancillary departments Adhere to rigorous safety, quality, and infection control protocols Respond promptly and effectively to emergent situations as required
