Category Imaging - IR Tech Job Type Travel Kenner, LA welcomes adventurous allied health professionals seeking to broaden their expertise while enjoying the vibrant culture and unique charm of Louisiana. Schedule/Hours:
Day shifts: Four 10-hour shifts per week (07:30 - 18:00) On-call required with 30-minute response timeProfessional Growth and Responsibilities:
Operate interventional radiology equipment and perform imaging procedures with precision. Scrub and assist in neuro IR and other interventional cases. Respond rapidly and effectively to emergent situations as required by the unit manager, including potential assignment to an Emergency Team during specific events. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient care. Adhere to facility protocols, maintain high safety standards, and deliver quality diagnostic services. Provide support on-call and be adaptable in meeting urgent clinical needs.Desired Skills and Qualifications:
Valid ARRT registration and appropriate state licensure. Minimum 1 year of IR Tech experience with neuro and scrub experience ; otherwise, 2+ years of IR Tech experience required. Proven travel experience in healthcare environments. Experience in neuro IR is a plus but not required. Ability to work on-call with rapid response (30 minutes). Flexible and prepared to support the facility during emergency scenarios as directed by leadership.Benefits & Perks:
