Job Description

Category Nursing - RN - Cath Lab Job Type Travel Step into a dynamic nursing role where your expertise will directly support patients undergoing cardiac procedures. As a Registered Nurse specializing in the Cath Lab, you'll collaborate with a talented team of healthcare professionals focused on delivering excellence in cardiac care.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist physicians during cardiac catheterizations, angioplasties, and other interventional procedures Assess and monitor patients before, during, and after procedures, ensuring comfort and safety at all times Administer medications and manage IVs as ordered Prepare and maintain sterile procedure environments Provide critical support in emergencies, recognizing and responding to changes in patient status promptly Educate patients and families about procedures and post-care requirements Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all regulatory and facility guidelines
Desired Qualifications:
Valid, unrestricted Registered Nurse license Demonstrated Cath Lab experience (hospital or clinical setting preferred) Current certifications in BLS and ACLS Strong critical thinking and communication skills Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced, high-acuity situations Proficiency in monitoring equipment and cardiac interventions
