Schedule/Hours:
Full-time travel assignment Build your expertise as an Occupational Therapist, focusing on patient-centered evaluation and intervention in both acute and outpatient settings. This dynamic position encourages collaboration, independence, and leadership—guiding Occupational Therapy Assistants and Aides. You'll expand your knowledge with exposure to best practices and leadership philosophies in a technology-driven, supportive environment.Key Qualifications:
Licensed Occupational Therapist with hospital-based therapy experience (preferred) Strong knowledge of assessment, care planning, and evidence-based interventions Adept at supervising assistants and aides Effective communicator and collaborator Proficient in Microsoft Windows; openness to technology learningPrimary Responsibilities:
Conduct formal/informal patient assessments across physical, cognitive, and social domains Develop and update individualized treatment plans in collaboration with physicians Provide education to patients, families, and caregivers Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants, Home Health Aides, and students Recommend and coordinate adaptive/support equipment Foster process improvement and participate in interdisciplinary initiatives Comply with documentation, billing, and regulatory standards Support organizational values: excellence, integrity, teamwork, and accountabilityBenefits & Perks:
