Desired Qualifications:
Experience as a Cath Lab Technologist or in Imaging specialties Current credentialing appropriate for Imaging - Cath Lab Tech Ability to assess patient needs with sensitivity to culture and age Strong documentation and communication skills Previous travel assignment experience appreciated but not required
Responsibilities:
Perform and document comprehensive assessments in accordance with practice standards and hospital policy Gather objective/subjective patient data; develop and prioritize problem lists in collaboration with the healthcare team Implement diagnostic and therapeutic interventions safely, prioritizing patient safety and autonomy Educate patients and families regarding procedures and care plans Respond promptly to changes in patient condition and communicate with care team as needed Delegate and oversee patient care tasks appropriately to team members Contribute to discharge planning, coordination of care, and multidisciplinary rounds Participate in department quality improvement initiatives Foster a positive, healing-focused team dynamic
