Key Qualifications:

Valid New York State Clinical Laboratory Technologist License required Minimum of 4 years of clinical laboratory technologist experience preferred Expertise in hematology, urinalysis, chemistry, and coagulation; microbiology experience is a plus Experience in high-volume laboratory environments strongly preferred Confident troubleshooting instrumentation and managing workflow independently Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate and offer support

Role Responsibilities:

Perform core laboratory bench work including chemistry, hematology, urinalysis, and coagulation testing Operate instruments such as Beckman DXC700AU, DXI, Abbott Architect, DXU 840, Sysmex XN, ACL TOPS, and more Occasionally support rapid molecular testing with Abbott ID NOW (training provided) Prioritize and manage high sample volumes (up to 1,000 chemistry samples daily) Troubleshoot instrumentation and ensure workflow efficiency throughout independent evening shifts Collaborate to maintain quality standards and support team as needed Enjoy a role where your independent initiative is valued within a supportive team culture, with comprehensive onboarding and training.
