Key Details:
Guaranteed 36 hours per week for schedule stability
Your Responsibilities:
Assist with patient evaluation and implement individualized therapy plans under occupational therapist supervision Provide direct patient care in accordance with established protocols and documentation standards Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary staff to optimize patient outcomes Support patient and family education to promote understanding and adherence to therapy goals Maintain thorough, timely documentation and uphold the highest standards of patient safety
Preferred Qualifications:
Current COTA certification and active state licensure (Montana or compact acceptable) Previous experience in a hospital or skilled nursing environment strongly preferred Strong communication and teamwork skills Proficiency in electronic medical records systems Compassionate, patient-centered approach to rehabilitation
