Marin Health is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Lab Scientist (Generalist) to join our dynamic laboratory team. In this pivotal role, you will perform a wide range of diagnostic tests, ensuring accurate and timely results to support exceptional patient care. Required Skills:

Valid California Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS) license or equivalent Certification from ASCP or HEW required Strong knowledge of laboratory testing procedures and quality control Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills Effective communication skills for collaboration with healthcare teams

Pay:

$40/hr plus a $1,000 weekly stipend ($2,600 gross weekly)

Preferred Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Clinical Laboratory Science, or related field Previous experience as a Clinical Laboratory Scientist or Generalist in a hospital or diagnostic setting

Other Requirements:

Must hold a valid California CLS license (required)
