Desired Qualifications & Experience:

Certification and registration in CT imaging from ARRT or an equivalent accrediting organization Up-to-date state licensure (if required) for CT technologists Proficient in operating CT imaging equipment and associated technology Solid understanding of cross-sectional anatomy and CT safety protocols Prior professional experience in a clinical or hospital CT setting strongly preferred Excellent communication skills and ability to work with diverse patient populations Current BLS certification

Key Responsibilities:

Perform precise, high-quality CT scans according to physician orders and imaging protocols Explain imaging procedures to patients and ensure comfort and safety throughout the process Collaborate with radiologists and medical staff for optimal image acquisition and quality interpretation Maintain strict adherence to safety standards, infection control procedures, and confidentiality policies Accurately document imaging procedures and patient information in electronic health records Participate in the proper maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting of CT equipment Respond promptly and professionally to emergent and routine imaging requests This role offers an outstanding opportunity to further your skills in CT imaging while contributing directly to patient health outcomes.
