Job Description

Schedule:
12-hour night shifts (7pm-7am)
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years' experience as a CT Technologist At least 1 year of radiologic/imaging experience Graduate of an AMA-approved Radiologic Technology program Current registration with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) Active New York State license (must be valid at time of submission) BLS certification required Demonstrated understanding of general anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology Prior experience and training specific to Radiology preferred Must meet 100-mile radius requirement from facility Experience with Epic EMR system is desirable
Key Responsibilities:
Perform high quality, accurate CT scans in accordance with physician orders and department protocols Maintain required state and federal registries and licenses Apply sound clinical judgment and utilize knowledge of anatomy and imaging technology to ensure precise diagnostic results Collaborate closely with radiologists, providers, and other medical team members to deliver excellent patient care Uphold all departmental safety procedures and infection control standards
