Job Description

Category Imaging - CT Job Type Travel Deliver exceptional patient care in a fast-paced medical environment by performing advanced CT imaging procedures. This contract position places you at the forefront of critical diagnostic imaging, directly contributing to positive patient outcomes while upholding the highest safety standards.
Schedule:
Sunday, day shift: 7:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. (plus call) Sunday, Monday, Tuesday night shifts: 7:00 p.m. - 7:00 a.m.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform CT scans according to physician orders and established protocols. Ensure strict adherence to patient safety and radiation protection guidelines. Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, providing compassionate care and clear communication. Prepare and maintain imaging equipment, troubleshooting minor issues to minimize downtime. Safeguard proper documentation and maintain accurate patient records. Collaborate effectively with radiologists, technologists, and other healthcare professionals. Support quality control initiatives and assist with continuing education opportunities.
Required Qualifications:
Proficiency in Computed Tomography (CT) imaging procedures. Valid ARRT (CT) certification or equivalent credentials. Demonstrated commitment to high safety and quality standards in medical imaging. Ability to remain composed and efficient in a busy hospital setting. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Willingness and ability to work scheduled shifts, including nights and weekend on-call duties. Prior experience in a hospital or acute-care imaging department preferred.
