Schedule/Hours:
Day Shift:
5x8-Hour (07:00 - 15:30)
On-call:
Two days per week and every other weekend (EOW) required
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of current and prior experience as a Cardiovascular Scrub Tech, with fresh heart procedure expertise Active AHA BLS certification NCCT or AST certification required Willingness to float within scope of practice Driver's license Must reside at least 75 miles from the facility Assignment confirmation submitted within 24 hours of accepting an offer
Responsibilities:
Assist the surgical team with cardiovascular procedures, including scrubbing and instrumentation Demonstrate adaptability with floating to other units as needed Participate in bi-weekly orientation for seamless integration Maintain stringent sterile techniques and patient safety standards Adhere to on-call and weekend rotation schedules
